New feature or improvement:
It is now possible to search In long lists (use 1-swipe down or up), or search for the next (1-2 fingers -swipe down) or search for the previous (1- 2 fingers -swipe up) occurrence of last searched text.
It is now possible to adjust the playback pitch and speed in the music player, the corresponding settings are also remembered in bookmarks, see the music player settings.
The music player now includes an equalizer. There are 10 "built-in" presets and it is also possible to create your own custom settings. See the user guide for details.
Corvus can be used as a default telephony application on Android 6 and higher version. In this mode it is possible to manage dialog services controlled by digits (e.g. if you want something, then press 1...), make conference calls and much more. See the user guide for details. On older versions of Android, Corvus does not support call handling, so it is necessary to use standard Android screens.
Corvus is now able to turn the speakerphone on or off automatically during a call if you move the phone away from your ear or bring it closer , see settings>phone group.
The during call screen now contains, in addition to the items listed below, a list of ongoing calls, along with their duration or status.
It is now possible to activate or deactivate Bluetooth and microphone on during call screen.
It is now possible to display and use the dial pad on during call screen. The keypad can be presented as a list of numbers embedded directly on during call screen, or as a button which you can press to show standard Corvus keypad or a simple list with numbers.
It is now possible to leave the call screen during a call and then return to it via the "ongoing calls" item, which is located on the main screen during a call.
On the screen during a call, you can doubletap a specific call to end the call, put it on hold, or add it to the conference call (so the calling application also supports conference calls).
Corvus now supports dual SIM devices.
It is now possible to set say all speed in speech settings.
Corvus can now operate in super quiet mode. Thus, if silent mode is active, then Corvus only speaks if it responds to direct user interaction. See speech settings for details.
Unnecessary currencies can now be deleted in the banknote recognition application.
When using an undefined shortcut gesture on the main screen, Corvus now allows you to map this gesture directly from the main screen.
Corvus now allows you to save a discarded SMS message if you accidentally jump out of it, for example by pressing home button. When you try to write a new message, you are asked if you want to continue with the unfinished one.
Functionality or controll change:
Voice control can now be used in Corvus (actually available in Slovak and Czech language). Hold down 1-shift on the main screen to bring up control. A list of commands can be found in the Corvus Help.
The amplification of audio in the music player can now be changed in addition to 1-up and down swipes also by using the appropriate item in menu. amp setting can also be saved in bookmarks.
In addition to launching modules and Android applications, it is now possible to map frequently used functions to shortcut gestures on the main screen, such as creating a note, starting recording in a dictaphone, etc. Explore the list of mappable commands directly in Corvus.
In the book downloader application, it is now possible to search through all active libraries at once, favorite books stored in individual libraries can also be displayed in one unified list.
If Corvus is set as a telephony application, then in addition to gestures, you can answer an incoming call by quickly pressing one of the volume keys 2 times consecutively.
Items for calling via line1 or line2 are now displayed in the context menu of contacts and the register only if prefixes are defined. Otherwise, the context menu only contains the call item.
It is now possible to use *# control commands from the Phone application, for example to find out credit and the like.
When sending a message, it is now possible to select the SIM through which the message is to be sent. SIM configured as default for sms sending in Android SIM settings is used by default.
In the Phone, Contacts and Register applications, it is now possible to specify via the context menu which SIM you want to use to make a call, if the phone has 2 cards. By default, we use SIM configured as the default SIM for calling in Android SIM settings.
The during call behavior group in settings was renamed to Phone.
Items used to define line prefixes have been moved from environment to phone settings.
When replying to an e-mail, the cursor now automatically moves to the text editing item when a new message dialog is displayed.
The Some Android settings section now contains an link to quickly open all default applications.
It is now possible to enable screen reader in talking mode (for the blind) or silent mode (for partially sighted) when activating screen reader using Verify Android settings dialog.
The context menu in the mail messages list and books lists now contains a search item.
Context menu in book lists is now reordered with respect to usage frequency of these items.
In android applications, it is now possible to toggle favorite flag for application in list of all applications by context menu item and also by swipe to right.
The list of favorite Android applications now includes "all applications" as the last item, through which you can view all applications without having to use the context menu.
